Van Lang Empire T&T Golf Club partners with Academy of Policy and Development to cultivate high-quality human resources for the golf industry

On the morning of October 8th in Hanoi, Van Lang Empire T&T Golf Club and the Academy of Policy and Development signed a cooperation agreement on training. The goal is to enhance professional knowledge, practical skills, and create a high-quality workforce to serve the sustainable development of Vietnam’s golf industry.

The signing ceremony was attended by Mr. Nhu Van Hoan – General Director of T&T Golf; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nhu Trong Bach – Deputy Director of the Academy of Policy and Development, along with senior leadership representatives from both organizations.

The two parties agreed to coordinate the implementation of practical training programs, internships, and career experiences at Van Lang Empire T&T Golf Club. This will provide students with the opportunity to train in a professional, international-standard environment.

With the advantage of owning the T&T Golf Academy – the most modern and largest-scale golf training center in the Northern region – Van Lang Empire T&T Golf Club plays a pioneering role in training, coaching, and supplying high-quality personnel for the Vietnamese golf industry.

Accordingly, the cooperation program with APD will offer students the opportunity to receive systematic training in golf course management, operations, and customer service skills. Simultaneously, trainees will be directly connected with attractive career opportunities at Van Lang Empire T&T Golf Club.

Within the framework of the ceremony, Mr. Nhu Van Hoan – General Director of T&T Golf – and the delegation from Van Lang Empire T&T Golf Club toured the campus, facilities, and lecture halls of the Academy of Policy and Development. They also directly discussed with the Academy’s leadership regarding numerous future cooperation directions for training and human resource development.
